This test is designed to identify which items may be causing you symptoms like: headaches and migraines, stomach pain or bloating, diarrhoea or vomiting, swelling of the face/ lips or itchy mouth/ throat Rashes, hives and breakouts and to help you optimise your diet. Included:
Testing kits are easy to use and provided with step-by-step video guide allowing you to carry out the test on yourself or your family in the comfort of your own home and then send the sample to our labs in the freepost envelope. We guarantee we will have your results ready within 7 days of receiving your sample.
Your report explains the results and gives certified nutritional advice including recommendations for eliminating items and suggested substitute foods, which is key towards optimising your diet and your health.
How it works:
Your dried blood spots are reconstituted and analytes are extracted from the blood sample. Our lab technicians then analyse the reaction of your IgG4 antibodies against 79 items plus against 38 allergy (IgE) items to generate a report. The report is then uploaded to your secure customer area for you to download.

You will be supported by the customer service team available 24-hours a day, 7 days a week to help you with any questions you may have, and we have a nutritionally trained team to ensure you’re completely satisfied. You also have free access to our library of allergy & intolerance resources.
Nutritional therapist support:
Each of our Complete tests also includes a 30-minute session with a qualified Nutritional Therapist to help you understand the report and make changes to your diet. Our panel of Nutritional Therapists have helped 1000’s of clients plan for adjustments to their lifestyle and get the most from their testing. Additional sessions are available for only £29 per session.
