You’ll receive results for every single item we test your sample against, unlike many intolerance and allergy testing results. Many testing centres prefer only to give you the results for those items which you respond to.
We would rather be fully transparent and keep you informed on the results, by listing all items you are tested against and any responses. This gives you all the information and allows for more autonomy.

This journey will give you various tips and insights into making the most of your elimination diet. It’ll also help with working around allergies and intolerances, healthily, with breakdowns of nutritious replacement foods.
